We were delighted to cater for a stunning marquee wedding in the Cotswolds this summer for Sophie and Matthew, and working with Jane Riddell, from Planned for Perfection who brought the wedding together. We created a bespoke menu, which brought together the tastes and preferences of the bride and groom, with delicious seasonal ingredients.

The menu:

Canapes

Mini Thai marinated chicken skewers with chilli and lime

Mini rare steak, sun blush tomato, chip, bearnaise sauce

Creamed goats’ cheese & chive cone, truffle, crispy onions

Chilli coriander tiger prawn & red pepper skewers

Courgette pakora, apple & chilli jam

Crisp halloumi bites, tomato & chilli jam

 

Starters

Mozzarella and chorizo arancini, slow cooked pepperonata & micro basil

or

Steamed Asparagus, crisp Parma ham and hollandaise sauce

or

Warm glazed goats cheese on sourdough croute, beetroot walnut salad, balsamic powder

 

Main course

Confit pork belly, mustard mash potato, apple & vanilla ketchup

or

Braised shin of beef, dauphinoise potato, carrot puree, grilled cherry tomatoes on the vine, buttered seasonal greens & braising jus

or

Roasted butternut squash stuffed with quinoa, sun blushed tomatoes and feta, herb dressing

 

Dessert

A trio of puddings:

Coffee & vanilla creme brûlée, coffee beans, whiskey cookie with gold leaf

Lemon posset, dehydrated raspberry, raspberry gel, basil sugar, fresh raspberry and petals, shortbread

Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
